Our story began in 2025 right in the heart of our home kitchen. We looked around and realized how difficult it had become to find daily food that was truly fresh, wholesome, and prepared with the right consciousness. The commercial food industry was filled with pre-made frozen bases, artificial preservatives, and heavy oils. We wanted to change that.

With a deep passion for traditional cooking and a commitment to authentic flavors, we started pure veg Satvik Rasoias a home-based cloud kitchen. Our mission was simple, yet non-negotiable: to serve food that doesn’t just fill the stomach, but nourishes the body and soul. We set out to cook exactly the way we cook for our own family—using whole wheat, completely eliminating refined flour (Maida), and relying on the purity of Desi Ghee and traditional oils.

The Aggregator Era & The Realization

Like most modern food startups, we eagerly launched our kitchen on major food delivery platforms like Swiggy and Zomato. It allowed us to reach so many of you, and we loved hearing how much joy our fresh aloo parathas, moong dal cheelas, and hot Ghee Phulkas brought to your busy days.

But as the months went by, we faced a difficult crossroads. Third-party platforms began charging incredibly high commissions. To survive on those apps, food businesses are often forced to do one of two things: raise prices drastically or compromise on the quality of ingredients.

For us, compromising on quality was never an option. We refused to use cheaper oils, we refused to switch to low-grade ingredients, and we refused to let a third-party app dictate the love and purity we put into our cooking.
